The Cheetah – Speed with Strategy 🐆💨

Good morning, Axelle! 💫 Papa and I were just watching a documentary about the fastest land animal, and it got us thinking—do you know what it really takes to be the best sprinter on Earth? It's not just about running fast! 🏁

The Big Question: How does the cheetah combine lightning speed with clever strategy to catch its prey, and what can we learn about focus and planning from this incredible hunter? 🎯

The Mission: Your mission today is to become a cheetah scientist! 🔬
1. Research the cheetah's body—what makes it so fast (think claws, spine, tail, even its nostrils!)?
2. Discover how a cheetah hunts: Does it just chase, or does it use sneaky tactics? What happens if it doesn't catch its meal in the first 30 seconds? 🤔

Did you know? A cheetah can go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just three seconds—faster than most sports cars! 🚗💨 But it can only keep that speed for a short burst, so it has to be super smart about when to sprint.

Take your time, have fun exploring, and maybe draw a diagram of a cheetah's sprint! We can't wait to hear what you discover! Have fuuuun!!! 🌟

Onward and Upward,
Mama & Papa 🐆💕
